What is a Wizard Race Loom?

Essentially, one of our bespoke designed, built and installed wiring looms is to the same standards as you will find in current TOCA Touring Cars.  Using the very same high specification bulkhead connections, ancillary fittings, lightweight cabling and DR25 heatshrink sleeving.

Our race looms go one step further . . . in that all of our wiring harnesses are designed around your exacting requirements and vehicle, ensuring everything is made to measure, avoiding uneccesary lengths of loom and misplaced connections.

All of our looms are accurately labelled with computer identification tags, ensuring efficient connectivity.  In addition our products are databased with serial numbers, giving easy reference to our records for any future modifications, repairs or alterations.

Focusing on high performance vehicles used on the road and race circuits we appreciate high performance being high maintenance.  The specific bespoke approach we offer in our design workshop ensures efficient removal from the vehicle/engine compartment.

The use of bulkhead connections referred to as ‘Military plugs’ (simply because of their design and use within the military) ensures very simple disconnection from the bulkhead, allowing engine looms to remain entirely attached to the engine.  Ultimately, connectivity of this standard simply does not get any better.
